ברוכים הבאים ל־Qivuna („השירות”). השימוש בשירות מותנה בהסכמה לתנאים האלה ולמדיניות הפרטיות. אם אינכם מסכימים — אל תשתמשו בשירות.
1. מי יכול להשתמש
השירות מיועד לבני 16 ומעלה. חשבון נפתח עם מספר טלפון שבשליטתכם, ואתם אחראים לכל פעילות בחשבון ולשמירה על המכשירים והסיסמאות שלו.
2. אפס סובלנות לתוכן פוגעני
אין מקום ב־Qivuna לתוכן או להתנהגות פוגעניים. אסור בהחלט:
- הטרדה, איומים, בריונות או הסתה לאלימות או לשנאה;
- תוכן מיני הקשור בקטינים, בכל צורה שהיא;
- הפצת תוכן אינטימי של אדם בלי הסכמתו;
- הונאה, התחזות, פישינג, ספאם והפצת נוזקות;
- סחר או תיווך בסחורות ושירותים בלתי חוקיים, או כל פעילות אחרת האסורה בחוק.
אפשר לדווח על כל הודעה ולחסום כל משתמש מתוך האפליקציה. אנחנו בודקים דיווחים בתוך 24 שעות, מסירים תוכן אסור שמגיע אלינו ומשעים או מוחקים את החשבונות שפרסמו אותו. במקרים המתאימים נעביר מידע לרשויות כפי שהחוק מחייב.
3. הצפנה ומה שאנחנו רואים
צ'אטים סודיים מוצפנים מקצה לקצה: רק המכשירים שבשיחה יכולים לקרוא אותם. אנחנו לא יכולים לקרוא אותם, ולכן גם לא לשחזר אותם. דיווח על הודעה מצרף את תוכנה כפי שהמדווח רואה אותו — זו הדרך שבה אנחנו מקבלים תוכן לבדיקה.
4. ערוצים וקבוצות ציבוריים
תוכן בערוצים ובקבוצות ציבוריים גלוי לכל מי שמצטרף אליהם. מנהלי ערוצים וקבוצות אחראים לתוכן שהם מפרסמים ומאפשרים.
5. הפסקת שימוש
אפשר למחוק את החשבון בכל עת מתוך האפליקציה (איך). אנחנו רשאים להשעות או לסגור חשבון שמפר את התנאים האלה.
6. אחריות
השירות ניתן כפי שהוא. אנחנו עושים מאמץ רב לשמור על זמינותו ועל אבטחתו, אך איננו מתחייבים שיפעל תמיד בלי תקלות. במידה המרבית שהחוק מתיר, איננו אחראים לנזק עקיף שנגרם משימוש בשירות.
7. שינויים ויצירת קשר
נעדכן על שינוי מהותי בתנאים באפליקציה לפני שייכנס לתוקף. שאלות: support@qivuna.com.

Welcome to Qivuna (“the service”). Using it means agreeing to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Who may use it
You must be 16 or older. Accounts are opened with a phone number you control, and you are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping its devices and passwords safe.
2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content
There is no place on Qivuna for objectionable content or abusive users. Strictly prohibited:
- harassment, threats, bullying, or incitement to violence or hatred;
- any sexual content involving minors;
- sharing intimate images of a person without their consent;
- fraud, impersonation, phishing, spam and malware;
- trading in or brokering illegal goods and services, or any other unlawful activity.
Any message can be reported and any user blocked from inside the app. We review reports within 24 hours, remove prohibited content that reaches us, and suspend or delete the accounts that posted it. Where the law requires, we pass information to the authorities.
3. Encryption and what we can see
Secret chats are end-to-end encrypted: only the devices in the conversation can read them. We cannot read them, and so cannot recover them. Reporting a message attaches its content as the reporter sees it — that is how content reaches us for review.
4. Public channels and groups
Content in public channels and groups is visible to anyone who joins them. Their admins are responsible for what they post and allow.
5. Leaving
You can delete your account at any time in the app (how). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
6. Liability
The service is provided as is. We work hard on its availability and security but do not promise it will always work without fault. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from its use.
7. Changes and contact
We will announce material changes in the app before they take effect. Questions: support@qivuna.com.
