אנחנו אוספים רק מה שנדרש כדי להפעיל אפליקציית מסרים, לא מוכרים מידע לאף אחד, ולא מציגים פרסומות.
מה נאסף
- חשבון: מספר טלפון; שם, שם משתמש, תמונה וביוגרפיה — אם בחרתם למלא; כתובת מייל — רק אם הוספתם אחת לשחזור.
- הודעות ומדיה: נשמרות בשרת כדי שיגיעו לנמען ויסתנכרנו בין המכשירים שלכם, מוצפנות במנוחה. צ'אטים סודיים מוצפנים מקצה לקצה ואיננו יכולים לקרוא אותם. אפשר להגדיר הודעות נעלמות שנמחקות אוטומטית.
- אנשי קשר: כשאתם מבקשים למצוא חברים, המספרים שבספר הטלפונים שלכם נשלחים לבדיקה מי מהם משתמש ב־Qivuna, ונמחקים מיד. איננו שומרים את ספר הטלפונים — לא מספרים, לא שמות, לא גיבוב.
- שיחות: מי התקשר למי, מתי וכמה זמן. הקול עצמו עובר ישירות בין המכשירים, מוצפן, ואינו נשמר.
- מכשירים ואבטחה: דגם המכשיר, כתובת IP, זמן פעילות אחרון, ומזהה התראות — כדי שתוכלו לראות איפה החשבון מחובר ולנתק. יומן אבטחה (כניסות, שינויי סיסמה) נשמר 180 יום. התחברות שלא הייתה פעילה 90 יום מתנתקת אוטומטית.
- דיווחים: כשמדווחים על הודעה, תוכנה ופרטי השולח נשלחים אלינו לבדיקה.
עם מי המידע משותף
- Google Firebase ו־Apple — להעברת התראות לטלפון.
- ספק SMS — מקבל את מספר הטלפון כדי לשלוח קוד כניסה.
- ספק האחסון — השרתים נמצאים באיחוד האירופי.
- רשויות — רק כשהחוק מחייב, ורק מה שבידינו. תוכן מוצפן מקצה לקצה אינו בידינו.
איננו משתמשים במידע לפרסום או לפרופיילינג ואיננו מוכרים אותו.

קטינים
השירות מיועד לבני 16 ומעלה. אם נודע לנו שחשבון שייך לילד צעיר יותר, נמחק אותו.

We collect only what running a messenger needs, sell nothing to anyone, and show no ads.
What we collect
- Account: phone number; name, username, photo and bio if you add them; an email address only if you add one for recovery.
- Messages and media: stored on our servers so they reach the recipient and sync across your devices, encrypted at rest. Secret chats are end-to-end encrypted and we cannot read them. You can turn on disappearing messages.
- Contacts: when you ask to find friends, the numbers in your address book are checked against Qivuna users and discarded immediately. We do not keep your address book — no numbers, no names, no hashes.
- Calls: who called whom, when, and for how long. The audio goes directly between devices, encrypted, and is not stored.
- Devices and security: device model, IP address, last activity, and a push token — so you can see where you are signed in and sign devices out. A security log (sign-ins, password changes) is kept 180 days. Sessions inactive for 90 days are signed out automatically.
- Reports: when a message is reported, its content and sender reach us for review.
Who it is shared with
- Google Firebase and Apple — to deliver notifications.
- An SMS provider — receives your number to send a sign-in code.
- Our hosting provider — servers are in the European Union.
- Authorities — only where the law requires, and only what we hold. End-to-end encrypted content is not something we hold.
We do not use your data for advertising or profiling and we do not sell it.
Your choices

- Get a copy of your data — by contacting us.

Children
The service is for people aged 16 and over. If we learn an account belongs to a younger child, we delete it.
